Well gals we only have a couple weeks to go. What do you think your biggest struggle has been? For me it’s been sweets. Also, I tend to eat one big meal and then not eat again for a long while. I know you’re supposed eat several small meals, but sometimes I get so busy I forget to eat…and then when I do I am so hungry I eat like a horse. Naughty!!!
I did okay this week. I just wish life would slow down a bit. Sometimes it’s hard to focus on myself because I am so busy doing other things….
Connor and I went to Wal-Mart yesterday and he did really well!!! Yay!!! I took a lot of your advice and we talked about what was going to happen before we went in. What would happen if he behaved and how it was all going to go down. Much better.
I’m not saying a tantrum will never happen again, but he was well fed, it was early morning so he was rested, and in a good mood. I think all those things factor in. I’m going to try to plan my trips to the grocery store accordingly 🙂

Donut holes, or as Connor calls them “baby donuts”. I HATE glazed donuts. Isn’t that weird? My favorite are the cinnamon ones. So that was obviously not on my diet plan, but we did have a good time together.
It was also my last week to work the Fort Worth Stock Show. This is my 5th year to work it and take pictures with Mo our buffalo. He’s quite the attraction around there! If you are ever in town during Stock Show time come see me!!!
It had been sunny every other Saturday, but last Saturday it was cold and windy!
So here are my stats for week 6: SAME. No change. That’s okay…at least I didn’t gain???

I have been having the same problem with small meals. Since I had to change my gym time it really leaves me little time to eat. Next week will be better! Ha

I didn’t know it was possible to NOT like glazed donuts. I enjoy them a little too much – kinda like Lays chips, I can’t eat just one. So…. I avoid them like the plague.
I struggle with exercise, and the one meal a day thing.
The same is still better than a gain.
