Action Shot Camera Fun!

 
We recently got to try an Action Shot Cam in our house.  You all know how I love to take pictures, and I’ve been wanting to take more videos as well!  Chasing around a two year old can be “action packed” in itself.  Connor and I decided to give the camera a little whirl in the video above.  We like to spin around in the chair and get dizzy! Ha ha!
 
I had the camera attached to my head the whole time.  It’s very lightweight and easy to use.  I think we’ll have a lot of fun using it when Connor gets a bit older and into sports.  Now that will be some pretty cool video.  You can pretty much mount the Action Shot Cam anywhere…on a bike, on a boat, and even on YOU!

The Java Mama’s Favorite Things #4 + A Giveaway!

Last week I received a super cute surprise at work.  I got a cookie bouquet from Holiday Gifts & Baskets.  I had it sent to work deliberately.  Well, it made me feel super special….even though I knew I was going to get a cookie bouquet I didn’t know it would be SO awesome and yummy too!

My co-workers started hounding my desk and asking who sent the cookie bouquet.  Ha ha!  Of course I shared with all of them and I know they loved their cookies too.
I saved a couple for Connor and Terence.  They really enjoyed theirs as well.  The cookies were not your average sugar cookie.  They were huge and delicious!  I am already droooooling just talking about those cookies….which by the way are gone.

The Java Mama’s Favorite Things {3}

 

You all know I am obsessed with taking photos.  Well, of course I love all my pictures…but I ran into a problem awhile back.  I was running out of storage! 

I got the Picture Keeper and now all my pictures are safely and neatly stored on this easy to use flash drive.

I don’t have to worry about losing all my precious memories.  If I ever need a copy of a particular photo all I have to do is plug the Picture Keeper in for easy access to all my pictures.  I think this is a great device that so many of you will love.  I know lots of you like to take photos as well!
