Yesterday we took Connor to his one year check up appt.  He’s only a few months late!  Ha..ha..
We changed pediatricians because we wanted to wait awhile before giving the MMR shot to Connor.  Our old pediatrician didn’t agree to that, so we switched.  We will get it eventually….judge us all you want….but I just wanted to wait a bit before diving into that controversial shot 😛

• Weight 23 pounds
• Head was in the 95% (HUGE BRAIN CHILD!)
• Length was 75%

My twinkie Bonnie sent me a birthday package in the mail a couple days ago.  I was so upset we didn’t get to spend our big 3-0 together 🙁  Being twins we pretty much did everything together so it’s been incredibly hard living so far apart.  I always imagined we would both get married, have our babies, and live next door to each other.  I guess life had other plans.  I always had a playmate, a partner in crime, and a best friend growing up.  I am so thankful God gave me a twin….it’s the best thing in the world!

(Please excuse the hottness below, I was in my jammies) Bonnie sent me a Twilight card (love), some nail polish – including the shatter polish, & some Frrrrrozen Hot Chocolate from Serendipity 3.  I forgot to post a picture with the 30 glasses so here it is….”cheers”!!!  I’m drinking my Frrrrrozen Hot chocolate 🙂

These are all the characters.  I want to start a collection of these books for Connor.

I’m a few days late on posting your 15 month update.  You are such a sweet boy and are so loving and cuddly still.  You love for Mommy & Daddy to give you sugars and tickles.  Connor, you have the best temperament….and are usually a perfect baby….except for the last few days you’ve been teething.  I understand it must hurt a lot!  I can’t imagine what it must feel like having teeth poke through those sensitive gums! 

You are still a very picky eater.  Your favorites are macaroni and cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches.  You pretty much like anything with cheese on it.  We are going to see a new pediatrician tomorrow because we still haven’t had your one year check-up.  There were some issues with the other one, so we’ll see how this new Doc is 🙂

You are the joy of our lives and we love watching your grow.  We pray that God will watch over you and steer your life in a direction honoring Him.

Connor and I had the whole day together today!  Daddy went out to play golf and have lunch with a friend.  I made Connor some macaroni and cheese (his fave right now) and then we took a short nap.  After nap time we went to a premier jewelry party and got some new bling….which by the way I will be hosting a party in August if anyone wants to come???

Oh – here is my dining room Terence’s new home office.  We got this desk and file cabinet a few weeks ago and so far it’s worked really well for him!  We aren’t really formal people and usually eat in the living room anyway, so I have no problem giving up this space for him to work.

BUT

We do know that in our next home we DO want a separate dedicated office now! ha..ha..
