A Bachelorette, A Birthday, and Vacation!

It was wiiiindy up on the rooftop!!!

This past weekend I attended a bachelorette party for Lauren, a co-worker and friend of mine.  The gals I work with are crazy and a lot of fun.  We had a great time and it was nice to get out and have a little girl time for this Momma 🙂

 Connor and Arielle spend every day during the week together and are very close.  They were born a day apart and are almost like twins.  We are so thankful for the time they get to spend together.

The Year we all turned 30

Terence’s best friend since elementary school, Kyle, turned 30 tonight.  We celebrated dining on Kyle’s favorite food….Mexican.  Kyle has always been a very special friend to Terence, and I’m thankful that he has such a good friend!  Happy birthday Kyle we love ya!

Rockin my Red Shoes

Connor got some new red shoes last weekend.  He thinks he is something else when he has big boy shoes on.  Now that he’s a walker and all (well sometimes).  I just wanted to snap a few photos for memories because he was looking so cute in his new shoes 🙂

So sweet…I never want to forget him at this age. 

I love you sweet boy, even if you have been totally out of it because of the time change this week.  He’s not been wanting to go to sleep at night and when I wake him up in the mornings he is like a floppy bunny because he DOES not want to wake up.  Which makes Terence & I SO.TIRED.

Last night we visited Terence’s Granddaddy in the hospital.  He’s having another surgery on his head this week.  If you would keep our sweet Grandaddy in your prayers we would really appreciate it.  We love you Granddaddy!!!

Connor and I recieved some really cool socks and shoes called “Skidders“.

Connor got some Skidders shoes & socks.  First of all let me say how CUTE they are!  Connor is just starting to walk and he falls a lot!  We have hardwood and tile floors & those can be very slick for a new walker to manouver on.  These have a gripper on the bottom of the sock and it’s almost impossible for him to skid around & they are so easy to get on and off.

I’m loving this leopard print…so cool right?  I slip and fall more than I’d care to admit…ha…ha…so I think I’m going to like wearing these 🙂  Thank you Skidders for our stylish new socks and shoes!
