Weekend round-up

I’m feeling black and white today (pictures that is!) Just sitting here relaxing on a sunny Sunday afternoon! Terence is in the bedroom studying for his finals next week, and I’m in here piddling on the computer.

Saturday night we went out to Macaroni Grill with Terence’s sister, Kim, and her soon-to-be husband, Kevin. We don’t spend enough quality time with his siblings, so it was nice to have an evening out with them. They are planning an August wedding…which is a GREAT month! ha..ha…that’s when Terence and I got married! Me & Ter-Bear
Kevin & KimI love Biolage haircare and today I got a buy two get two free deal at Ulta! I love deals… so that is my DEAL for the day! Saved $30 bucks!So now I am going to clip my Sunday coupons and eat this……..Godiva cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory…mmmmmm. We went out to eat there after church today with some friends and I had to get one to go! I just had to! Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

How is it that my PARENTS have a Wii and I don’t? I can’t imagine them in the living room playing the Wii together…it cracks me up just thinking about it!

Uhm..ignore the dust

I got some more of the fabulous glass jars you see everywhere. The one on the left was $5, the one on the right was $4! You can’t beat that right? I mean really…you can’t! I love Ross’s, we didn’t have Ross in Arkansas. It is sort of like a TJ Maxx. I love finding cute little goodies at a great price! Terence asked me what I was going to do with all these things…the truth is I don’t know, but I will find SOMETHING!
I cannot TELL you how ready I am to have a house and decorate it and do all the froo froo things that we women do! Unpacking all our belongings we haven’t seen in two years is going to be like Christmas day.

Anyways….enough blah..blah…blahh….

I was eating a pop tart the other day and talking about it to friends and all I want to know is how did pop tarts get a bad name? The Fiber One pop tarts are the bomb ya’ll and you get 20% of your daily fiber in there…and lets face it we could all use a little help with that! The pop tart shunners shall remain anonymous. This is not tooooo bad for a pop tart right?

10 YEARS!!!! WHAT?

I guess there was a reason for posting all those yearbook pictures previously. This year is my ten year high school “reunion”. I don’t think I want to go though. I mean the people I was friends with in high school that I really would want to see I still talk to. There are a lot of people I don’t really care to see! I remember when I graduated imagining how my life would be ten years from that point, and I can say it’s definitely nothing like I imagined it. I wouldn’t have it any other way….I have the greatest husband and the best family and friends. The Lord had truly blessed me in more ways than I could imagine!

One of mine and Bonnie’s favorite movies has always been “Romy & Michelle’s High school Reunion”. We used to watch it over and over! We even bought the sound track to it. I think I even made Terence watch it on our first date…poor guy! And he married me anyways!
