Today we got a cold front! Yippppeee!!!! I’m so happy for fall and all the changes that come with it. I haven’t posted a Starbucks pic in awhile….it’s pretty bad when you walk in the door and they already start making your beverage before you order because they know you that well! Then again, it’s kinda nice too 🙂

I also broke down and bought the Twilight official movie guide. It’s awesome and the pictures are amazing and it’s perfect for those who are as obsessed with everything Twilight like ME! ha..ha..ha..

I’ve been tagged by Shannon to tell you six things you may not know about me. This may be hard..hmmmm……I’ve never been tagged before!

1. Winter and Christmas time is my favorite time of year. I start counting down the days in July because I can’t hardly stand it! As a teen I would start playing my Mariah Carey Christmas CD in July. The whole feeling and atmosphere of Christmas just puts me in a mood that’s indescribable. I want to live somewhere cold all year round so it will feel like Christmas because I don’t like shorts or hot weather…but I love sweaters, scarves, hats, and anything remotely soft and warm.
2. I bought eggnog at the grocery store today! 😛
3. I am into dark DARK nail polish and no, I am not a Gothic person Mom!
4. I love cooking and baking TV shows such as the Ace of Cakes and Barefoot Contessa. Someday I want to bake a 10 tier cake with chocolate ganache frosting and delicate flowers just to say I did and hopefully it will actually taste good!
5. One place on the earth I HAVE to go is Ireland….I just MUST go there!!!
6. I worry so much it causes me to have extreme anxiety. I know this is an issue and it always has been. I wish I could just live life normally and not worry about every freakin thing around me and stress about the future or what people think of me and just surrender it all to God, but that is the hardest thing in my life to do. That and I am an extreme pushover….I feel like people always get their way when they are around me because I feel like I want everyone else to be happy EXCEPT me! But my strongest desire is to see those I love happy, so it doesn’t bother me too much 🙂

So after the soccer game Terence and I went to Dallas for the day just to spend some time together. We went to the eyeglasses place first to get T’s new glasses adjusted. In the store they had Sarah Palin’s eyeglasses on display and so Terence wanted me to try them on. It was pretty funny, but they did NOT look good on me! ha..ha..

It was a very long day and we went a LOT of places. We went around to some shops and then stopped for lunch at this little local burger place. It was pretty good, they had some interesting poppy seed buns. Then we went to go look for a new desk chair. Terence spends a lot of time in the desk chair so we are searching for something a little more comfortable. We did get some ideas. After that we headed to North Park mall where Jessica Simpson was doing a signing in Dillard’s for her new perfume. Her face was pasted everywhere in Dillard’s! It was crazy! Unfortunately, we had just missed all the madness so we didn’t see her. I think she was in town for the state fair promoting her new country album. I got some new shoes at Nordtrom and they are so comfy! That’s the only thing I bought all day and I don’t think Terence got anything???

We both LOVE this lamp from Restoration Hardware…taking mental notes for our house!!! I’ve got all these decorating ideas in store to blog about someday!
For dinner we headed to The Cheesecake Factory and ate ourselves silly, then got some Godiva cheesecake to go and we headed home. It was great to spend the day with my love and I had a lot of fun! Back to work tomorrow…..booooooooo

Saturday morning Terence and I went to our niece Hannah’s soccer game. We hit up Starbucks and then headed out to the game. It was so cute, I’m not sure how much actual “playing” Hannah did, but she was very cute to watch that is for sure! I’m so glad we got to make it to atleast one of her games before it gets too cold. Way to go Hannah!

Today is a GREAT day because it’s a fabulous 64 DEGREES outside! Yipppeeeeee fall is coming!
