When I first met my husband one of the first things he told be about his food preferences is “I love bread”. So, as you can imagine we eat lots of it in our house. Connor has a sandwich for lunch every SINGLE day at school. Turkey and cheese is his favorite.
One of our favorite types of bread is Oroweat® Whole Grains 100% Whole Wheat Bread. I like that it’s not little bitty slices, the bread is wholesome BIG slices and you can stack lots on it!
Oroweat® Whole Grains 100% Whole Wheat sliced bread has 21g of whole grains per slice! Oroweat® Whole Grains 100% Whole Wheat sliced bread is 90 calories and has no high fructose corn syrup or artificial colors or flavoring.
That’s exactly what I’m looking for when I look at labels in the store. All the GOOD stuff.
We are also crazy about some BLTs in our house 🙂 #yum
Here is a yummy tea sandwich recipe I made the other day too!
Combine feta cheese, cream cheese, mayo and fresh basil.
Cut the crust off of each slice of bread. Spread a generous spoonful of cheese mixture (about two tablespoons) on one slice of bread. Top cheese with one slice of tomato. Cut each sandwich into triangular halves. Serve immediately.
Happy eating everyone!
Our cutie pie neighbor Paislee and her top know. She loved these and she’s 3 y’all! 🙂
