July Weekend

All I have been doing all week is sleeping. I feel like I am going crazy sometimes-it’s like I can feel my hormones raging and my anxiety is heightened. Yesterday Terence went to the lake with friends and I just stayed home and relaxed. I love that show Kings on TV, it’s very good you should watch it! I got the Britney purse at Kohl’s – except in purple…it’s huge and I love it!

At work last week my co-workers got me cupcakes, flowers, and balloons…they are so sweet!
Only a couple more weeks until Vegas. We have a lot of decisions to make in the coming months. Right now I am planning to continue working because I don’t see a way around it…but daycare is so expensive! We are weighing the pros and cons. We will probably have to move to a bigger apartment, if I decide to stay home then I know we can’t buy a house right now with my income gone. Stupid economy. Oh well-you do what you gotta do sometimes and the most important thing is this baby is healthy and happy. Excited, happy, scared, nervous-all those emotions…

Thank you all for your prayers! XOXO Becky

So Blessed

I came home from work a couple days ago and I took at test….I’ve been EXTREMELY tired lately. It was POSITIVE!!!! I can’t hardly believe it! I went to the doctor yesterday to get my blood work done so I just ask that you all pray that everything will be alright. They estimated I am around 5 1/2-6 weeks….still VERY early. I am so behind on everything and SO tired…yesterday when I got home from work I slept from 6pm until this morning…..

We are thrilled…Terence is still in shock I think! I am so excited that Bonnie and I will get to experience this journey together. We’ve done everything together so I guess this is only fitting (it’s a twin thing!) The Lord has the perfect timing for everything! Lots of decisions to make in the coming months….and I am still praying for each and every one of you that desire to be a mother, I KNOW God has a perfect plan for you and in His time it will happen. Love, Becky
Normally I would write more….but I am exhausted….sorry….

Summer Shopping

I ordered these shoes today…Steve Madden is having a HUGE sale…so hopefully they fit okay and look good when I get them in.I also ordered this sundress from VS. It was only $18. Of course I don’t look like this chick in it…but I need to get some sun ladies because I am whiter than white! Vitamin D is calling my name!

Don’t forget to enter the Lash-Tastic Giveaway…oooh….ahhhh….ooooh….ahhhh!!!

I went shopping at Sephora especially for YOU…me….YOU…me…mosty YOU….

BBQ Weekend

You may remember this couple-who were married just last month! We drove to Fort Worth today for a BBQ at their house because they announced they are expecting! Congratulations you two…I can’t believe Terence’s baby sister is having a baby-how time has passed! She was only 8 when I met her and it makes me feel old 😛

Hope you all had a great weekend-it sure was HOT out there!

I think every married woman in my family is now officially pregnant BUT me….

Serendipity 3

My sister sent me a text last night saying that Vegas now has a SERENDIPITY 3 Restaurant. I’ve always wanted to try their Frrozen Hot Chocolate! I’m so excited…I’m planning a trip the last week of July (hopefully) and we can go get some for ourselves! I know there is no one else in the world that will appreciate that desert like my sister 🙂

They also have the $25,000 Frrozen Hot chocolate

I think we will probably be skipping that one!

Stephen Bruce, owner of Serendipity 3, partnered with luxury jeweler Euphoria New York to create the Frrozen Haute Chocolate,” a blend of 28 cocoas, including 14 of the most expensive and exotic from around the globe.
The dessert, spelled with two Rs, is infused with 5 grams of edible 23-karat gold and served in a goblet lined with edible gold. At the base of the goblet is an 18-karat gold bracelet with 1 carat of white diamonds.
The sundae is topped with whipped cream covered with more gold and a side of La Madeline au Truffle from Knipschildt Chocolatier, which sells for $2,600 a pound.
It is eaten with a gold spoon decorated with white and chocolate-colored diamonds, which can also be taken home
