I hope everyone had a very happy Easter! I did! We didn’t do anything extremely exciting or out of the ordinary. We went to church Sunday morning then Sunday night we had dinner with Terence’s entire family. I didn’t get any pictures of any of that though 🙁 I’m slacking!
I took some pictures of my friend and co-worker Julie today as well. That is why we were at the botanical gardens! She is graduating college in May and wanted some nice photos. I’m not a professional or anything, but we had lots of fun! Tell me what you think?
and we also saw THIS!

Friday night
Last night I had so much fun hanging out with my new friend K and her sista! We went to Southlake where they have the cutest shopping center with all these fancy boutiques and they also have a Cheesecake Factory. So you know me….we had to go there! After that we shopped around and then went to Barnes and Noble to check out J’Lo’s baby pics in the new People. They are so precious!!!
This monster was for dessert…YUM!
Weekend Update
Friday: Worked…it was a crazy day! Came home and then we went out to eat mexican with Terence’s cousin and her friends. We had a lot of fun and the weather was beautiful so we ate dinner out on the patio. I slept really good Friday night, that was probably because of the pitcher of margaritas we ordered!
It was so gorgeous outside today! I started the day off right too….
Grande Nonfat Caramel Macchiato!
I went walking last night because it was just too perfect not to be outside. After that I went and got a milkshake…I have no self control people. NONE. What is wrong with me? Why can’t I control my sugar cravings? I’m going to end of with diabetes!!!!!
I have Bible study tonight and then I can’t wait to come home and just relax. This has been one loooooong week! Also, as I was going through the neighborhood I noticed this eyesore….
It looks like a McDonald’s or something???? Who paints their trim orange and terra cotta? It’s so ugly!!! All of the other houses are very traditional. I noticed someone already wrote them up at http://www.rottenneighbors.com/. That site is too funny!
