Second thing for a new Mama is a good nursing bra. You are basically on breast arrest for the first six months and ease and comfort is key when looking for a nursing bra. Well, I’m 6 months into this new mom thing (again)…and it’s going pretty well! I mean she’s still alive and thriving and we seem to be getting a bit more sleep, so that’s a WIN in my book!
